Use business communications responsibly. This policy describes prohibited use and basic customer responsibilities.
Lawful communications
Do not use service for fraud, threats, harassment, illegal activity, deceptive impersonation, unlawful surveillance, or communications that infringe another person’s rights.
Calls and messaging
Follow applicable calling, messaging, consent, identification, opt-out, and registration requirements. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, evade filtering, spoof caller identity, or use unauthorized automated dialing. Business texting requires eligibility and any necessary registration.
Recording and privacy
Before recording a call, determine whether recording is lawful and obtain all required notices and consent. Protect information collected through communications and limit access to authorized people. VoCall does not provide legal advice about your use case.
Network and account integrity
Keep credentials secure. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, resell service without authorization, or deliberately overload systems. Report suspected misuse promptly.
Usage review and enforcement
Unusually high usage and specialized calling use cases may require a different service arrangement. Where permitted by the service agreement and law, misuse may lead to investigation, restrictions, or suspension. Applicable procedures and obligations are defined by your service agreement.
